Hytera MD782 Mobile Radio

The Hytera MD782 is a compact, mobile radio that is suited for a wide range of users.

It is capable of operating in either analogue or digital mode, enabling users with analogue radios to communicate with digital.

GPS technology is supported with the MD782xG series, enabling GPS position information to be sent to other radios via text messaging functions.

This radio supports analogue signalling modes, such as CTCSS/DCS, 2-tone, 5-tone, and DTMF.

For private communications, voice inversion scrambling can be enabled in analogue mode. AES/ARC4 encryption is available for secure digital voice/data as required.

The radio can be connected to the public telephone system by means of a telephone patch to a POTS line. Radio users can make calls to telephones, and telephone users can make calls to individual radios, or all radios within a group.

It is also software upgradeable, which ensures that users can keep their radios up to date with the latest features. Hardware exchange is not required.
