Shipping Information
 * Goods will not be sent until payment has been received in full.
 * Shipping is within Australia only.
 * Goods will be sent via Australia Post wherever possible; larger orders may be sent via courier by arrangement.
 * We do not accept responsibility for items once they have been handed to Australia Post or to a Courier.
 * Depending on the mode of shipping, please allow 2-6 working days for delivery of your package.

Shipping Prices
The sell price does not include shipping.  You can either collect the items at our offices, arrange for a pickup, or we can post the items at your expense.  The charges for shipping are these:
Regular Post below 1kg:  $12.00
Regular Post below 1kg - 5kg:  $16.00
Express Post (to all Australian capital cities except Hobart) below 1kg:  $16.00

For all items outside the weights stated above and/or to areas outside the main metro areas, the price and individual arrangements for shipping will be made on a case-by-case basis.  A Commex representative will contact you to make arrangements for shipping.

Returns
 * Returns will be accepted for damaged or faulty goods
 * Refunds will be issued for damaged or faulty goods.
 * Refunds for goods you are unhappy with will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee. 

 * Returns of goods will only be accepted in original condition and quantity.
 * Returns must be received within 14 days of you (the customer) receiving your order.
 * Discounted goods are not returnable unless faulty.
 * Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred

General
By placing an order for equipment, goods or services either through the website, orally, by telephone, fax or email you are entering into a contract with Commex subject to the terms, conditions and disclaimers published on this website.

All pricing shown on this website and quoted is excluding GST unless specifically stated otherwise.  All pricing is subject to change without notice and any errors and ommissions are excepted.  Commex reserves the right to cancel any sale agreement or order placed for goods and services and by refunding any monies paid removes any obligation by Commex to deliver those goods and services that were ordered.  The purchaser agrees that Commex will not be held responsible for or be liable for any losses incurred through failure or unsuitability of the goods and services purchased or ordered, or for losses resulting from the cancellation, delay or incorrect shipment of any order for goods and services.
