Commex maintains an extensive repeater network that spans the South East of Queensland. Customers can take advantage of our network to extend the range afforded by their own networks by simply leasing one or more of our licensed commercial channels.

If you are considering extending your network but are concerned about the capital outlay (not to mention the hassle of securing suitable sites and the ongoing maintenance thereafter), contact us to discuss the merits of using the Commex network to your advantage.

The option to rent one or more of the Commex channels is ideally suited to those operators who:

• prefer to 'outsource' the procurement and management of commercial radio licenses;
• need an short-term extra channel for a particular job or event;
• need the use of their radios while the process of applying for their own licenses is underway.

Licensing Services

Anyone who has ever applied to license a radio frequency through the ACMA knows that the process can be expensive, time-consuming, complicated and often confusing. There are a number of options available to you:

• Slog it out on your own and hope that the licenses will be approved before your contracted work commences;
• Get Commex to apply for the licenses on your behalf (we can cut your application time in half or better);
• You can rent one or more of our frequencies and take advantage of our repeater network.

Repeater Hosting

Aside from having our own repeater network we also host repeaters for clients. You provide the radio equipment and we provide the location, the power, the antenna mast and the security.
